Capicola & Provolone Open-Faced Grilled Cheese

  1. Butter one side of bread slices.
  2. Lay on a grill or griddle pan on medium heat, buttered side down.
  3. Add capicola and provolone cheese to each slice of bread (this is an open-faced sandwich), tenting foil over both halves to aid in melting cheese.
  4. Add tomato slices if desired.
  5. Cut in half and enjoy!
  6. Wonderful served with chips and pickles!
