Healthy Hamburger
- 1 portabella mushroom
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- It depends on the thickness of your hamburger patties as to how long they will cook.
- Put Worcestershire Sauce on patties to taste.
- Sprinkle on pepper and seasoning salt.
- Experiment and try some Cajun seasoning salt on your patty.
- Add pepper.
- Put mushrooms on.
- I cook mine 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Just enough to warm them up and get grill marks on them.
- After you have patties almost ready, put ur slice of chees on pattiee (it's ok, you not eating the hamburger bun.
- To spice it up some more, use Pepper Jack sliced cheese.
- After chees had melted, remove patties and mushrooms.
- Place mushroom on top of patty (with or without bun) and enjoy.
