Easy Spaghetti Bake
- 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 640 ml pasta sauce
- pinch salt
- 450 grams capellini pasta (or spaghetti)
- 3 cup shredded mixed cheddar
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large frying pan add ground beef, sprinkle with seasoning and add minced onions.
- Cook until beef is browned.
- Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Mix in pasta and cook until al dente; drain.
- Mix pasta sauce and beef mixture into pasta.
- Pour half of the pasta into a 9x13" baking dish.
- Sprinkle half the shredded cheese over the top.
- Add remaining pasta and sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese and the parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve with salad and garlic bread.
