London Broil Appetizer Recipe

  1. Place steak in shallow glass dish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; pour on meat.
  3. Cover; chill several hrs, turning meat occasionally.
  4. Set oven to broil or possibly 550 degrees.
  5. Remove steak from marinade.
  6. Broil 2-3 inches from heat for 4 min.
  7. Turn; broil for 3-4 min longer.
  8. Cut meat at an angel across grain into thin slices.
  9. If you like, salt before serving.
  10. Serve on thin rounds of rye or possibly French bread.
