Peach Pie Recipe

• 2 c. sliced fresh peaches
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 3 tbsp. cornstarch
• 2 teaspoon butter
• Dash salt
• 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 recipe plain pastry

1. Combine peaches, lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, salt and almond extract.
2. Fill 9-inch pastry-lined pie pan; dot with butter and adjust top crust.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 min.
