Peach Pie Recipe
- 2 c. sliced fresh peaches
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 teaspoon butter
- Dash salt
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 recipe plain pastry
- Combine peaches, lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, salt and almond extract.
- Fill 9-inch pastry-lined pie pan; dot with butter and adjust top crust.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 min.
