Granita with Ice Cream
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup Maxwell House Cafe, Suisse Mocha Instant Coffee Beverage Mix
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- Add boiling water to coffee mix in medium bowl; stir until dissolved.
- Stir in ice cream until blended.
- Pour into 8-inch square pan.
- Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
- Use large fork to shave ice cream mixture into small pieces just before serving; spoon into dessert bowls.
