Granita with Ice Cream

  1. Add boiling water to coffee mix in medium bowl; stir until dissolved.
  2. Stir in ice cream until blended.
  3. Pour into 8-inch square pan.
  4. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Use large fork to shave ice cream mixture into small pieces just before serving; spoon into dessert bowls.
