Low Fat Banana Nut Bread

  2. Combine flour, salt, soda and cinnamon; set aside.

  4. Combine remaining ingredients (except nuts) and add to dry ingredients.

  6. Fold nuts into batter and spoon into 2 loaf pans that have been prepped with cooking spray.

  8. Cook for 65 minute in preheather 350 degree oven.
  9. 5.
  10. Let cool for 10 minutes prior to removing from pans.
