Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup golden brown sugar
- 12 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 34 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 10 ounces chocolate chips
- In a large bowl, beat butter until fluffy; beat in brown and white sugars unil smooth, Beat in eggs, one at a timel beat in vanilla.
- In separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt; stir into butter mixture in three additions.
- Stir in semisweet and white chocolate.
- (5oz each).
- Drop by rounded tablespoons, about 2 1/2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheets; flatten slightly.
- Bake in 350f oven for about 10 minutes, until edges are golden and centres stil soft.
- Makes about 48 cookies.
