Inebriated Coleslaw
- 8 cups shredded green cabbage
- 12 medium sweet green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons sweet onions, minced (Vidalia, Maui,or WallaWalla)
- 34 cup mayonnaise
- 14 cup beer
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- Mix cabbage, green pepper& onion in a lage bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients, mix well.
- Pour over cabbage mix& toss.
- refrigerate an hour before serving.
