Chai Spiced Oat Bran

  1. Bring the tea and water to a boil.
  2. Add in the oat bran, whisking as you go.
  3. Turn down the heat to a simmer and add in extra spices.
  4. It should cook up fairly quickly, about 2 minutes or so.
  5. Top with yogurt, a drizzle of honey and toasted walnuts to make things extra special.
