Grilled Pork Chops with Soy Vinaigrette

  1. Trim excess fat from pork chops.
  2. Place pork chops in zip top bag.
  3. In a small bowl combine all marinade ingredients.
  4. Pour marinade over pork chops.
  5. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Remove pork chops from marinade and discard marinade.
  7. Grill the chops directly over medium coals for 10 to 12 minutes per side or until the meat is no longer pink.
  8. If the chops are boneless, they will take a little less time, maybe 7 to 10 minutes per side.
