Easy Strawberry Pie

• 18 OREO Cookies, crushed
• 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
• 3/4 cup boiling water
• 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
• 2 cups ice cubes
• 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
• 1 cup strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

1. Mix cookie crumbs and butter in 9-inch pie plate; press onto bottom and up side of pie plate.
2. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
3. until completely dissolved.
4. Add ice; stir until gelatin is slightly thickened.
5. Remove any unmelted ice.
6. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP and strawberries.
7. Refrigerate 15 min.
8. or until thickened.
9. Spoon into crust.
10. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
11. Top with remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.
