Creamy Veggie Kielbasa Soup Recipe
- 2 c. kielbasa, or possibly about 1 pound skinned and diced
- 2 c. frzn hash browns
- 1 c. minced frzn spinach
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. cream
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c. water
- 1 teaspoon salt (or possibly to taste)
- 4 c. water
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 (16 ounce.) Japanese frzn vegetables (sweet or possibly you can use any kind of vegetable)
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. American processed cheese, cut up
- 1 sm. can mushroom pcs
- Pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in large kettle; and simmer (low heat) about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till veggies are tender.
- Be careful not to scorch.
