My Mom's Very Easy Chilli
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
- 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans red kidney beans
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
- chilli seasoning
- saltine crackers
- salt and pepper
- Fry and drain hamburger, onion, salt and pepper.
- Put all the ingredients in a large pot and add chilli seasoning to taste.
- Let simmer for about 30-45 min and finish with crackers or shredded cheese and sour cream.
