Pepper Steak

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut steak into thin strips.
  3. Place one fourth of the steak strips on center of each of four 18x12-inch sheets of foil; sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
  4. Top evenly with bell pepper strips; drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
  5. Bring up foil sides.
  6. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  7. Place packets on grill; cover grill with lid.
  8. Grill 7 to 9 min.
  9. or until steak is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  10. Serve over rice.
