San Moritz Martini

• 1 cup crushed ice
• 3 ounces black currant vodka
• 1 ounce Champagne
• Clear creme de menthe
• Pomegranate seeds for garnish

1. Combine ice and black currant vodka in a cocktail shaker; shake vigorously.
2. Strain into a chilled glass.
3. Add 1 ounce Champagne and a splash of clear creme de menthe, garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve.
