Barbequed Chuck Roast Recipe

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients to make a marinade.
  2. Place roast in a shallow pan and pour marinade over it.
  3. Let roast marinate about 4 hrs, turning meat frequently.
  4. Remove roast from marinade and place on grill; cook over warm coals about 30 to 50 min, basting often with marinade.
  5. Yield: about 8 servings.
