Pesto Pistachio Cheese

  1. Stir cheese with pesto sauce and 1/4 cup pistachios until well blended.
  2. Spoon into shallow bowl and spread out onto flat layer.
  3. Sprinkle remaining pistachios in ring on top.
  4. Garnish with basil and radish, red bell pepper, or tomato.
  5. Serve with sliced French bread.
  6. Makes 8 appetizer servings.
