PHILLY Flatbread

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Flour work surface and roll out dough into a 15x9-inch oval.
  3. Place on large parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread dough with cooking creme, leaving a 1/2-inch edge.
  5. Top with vegetables and tomatoes.
  6. Brush vegetables, tomatoes and crust with olive oil.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan and crushed red pepper flakes.
  8. Bake for 25 min.
  9. or until golden and crisp.
  10. Sprinkle with basil.
