Tandoori Chicken Nachos

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add peppers, onions and cumin seed; cook and stir 5 min.
  4. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Add chicken and seasonings; cook and stir 2 min.
  6. or until heated through.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Stir in tomatoes, coriander and lemon juice.
  9. Spread chips evenly onto 2 parchment-covered rimmed baking sheets; sprinkle evenly with half the cheese.
  10. Cover with chicken mixture and remaining cheese.
  11. Bake 10 min.
  12. or until cheese is melted.
