Peach Cantaloupe Marmalade Recipe
- 2 c. ripe peaches, peeled and diced
- 2 c. cantaloupe, peeled and diced
- Grated rind and juice of 2 oranges
- 12 maraschino cherries, with juice
- 3 c. sugar
- Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel kettle, set over rather low heat and simmer till the mix is quite thick.
- Stir frequently while cooking.
- Have scalded pint size jars ready.
- Pour into jars and seal.
- Yield: about 4 pints.
