Chocolate Nut Brownies

  1. Melt shortening and chocolate over low heat.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add liquid sweetener, vanilla and beaten eggs.
  4. Stir until well blended.
  5. Add flour and baking soda; mix well.
  6. Stir in nuts.
  7. Pour into greased (can spray with Pam) 8-inch cake pan.
  8. Bake at 325F for 20 minutes; cool.
  9. Cut into 30 squares.
