Tomato Sauce With Shrimp And Broccoli Recipe

  1. Peel and devein shrimp.
  2. Trim tough stems off broccoli; cut into 1 inch pcs.
  3. About 5 min before pasta is done, add in broccoli, continue cooking, stirring twice, till pasta and broccoli are hard tender.
  4. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet.
  5. Add in tomatoes, garlic and salt.
  6. Simmer 1-2 min.
  7. Add in shrimp, cover and simmer 2 min, stirring once, till shrimp are pink and opaque at center.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Drain pasta and broccoli and return to pot.
  10. Add in sauce; toss to mix.
  11. Makes 4 servings.
