Salisbury Steak Ala Ritz Recipe

• 1 egg white
• 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
• Salisbury steak
• Paprika

2. With rotary beater, beat egg white in small bowl till stiff.
3. Gently mix in lowfat sour cream, salt and horseradish till well combined.

5. Broil steak.

7. Frost top of steak with lowfat sour cream mix; place under broiler till golden.
8. Sprinkle with paprika.
9. Serve at once.
