Turkey Lasagna
- 1 pound Ground Turkey, Lean
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 jars Your Favorite Pasta Sauce
- 1 box Lasagna Noodles
- 15 ounces, weight Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella, Divided
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- Brown the ground turkey with the minced garlic til brown.
- Drain.
- In an 11x7 dish, spread one cup sauce, top with uncooked lasagna noodles.
- Layer ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Add ground turkey.
- Spread one cup sauce and cover with another layer of lasagna noodles.
- Put remaining sauce on top of noodles.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375 for one hour.
- Uncover and top with remaining mozzarella and let stand 5 minutes.
