Summer Bries (Kinda)
- 2 slices Pumpernickel Bread
- 4 slices Smoked Turkey
- 6 slices Sliced Red Pear
- 4 slices Gruyere Cheese
- 3 bunches Alfalfa Sprouts
- 1 Tablespoon (Real) Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Russian Dressing
- Had this sandwich at a special restaurant weeks ago and this is my spin on that lovely sandwich.
- I made it last night.
- Super good!
- I used regular pumpernickel bread, sliced red Bartlett pears, sliced Gruyere cheese, and alfalfa sprouts.
- Put it in the broiler for a minute to melt the cheese, then mix some bottled Russian dressing with a little mayo and it is good to eat!
- Pretty simple but bursting with so many flavors and textures.
