Summer Bries (Kinda)

  1. Had this sandwich at a special restaurant weeks ago and this is my spin on that lovely sandwich.
  2. I made it last night.
  3. Super good!
  4. I used regular pumpernickel bread, sliced red Bartlett pears, sliced Gruyere cheese, and alfalfa sprouts.
  5. Put it in the broiler for a minute to melt the cheese, then mix some bottled Russian dressing with a little mayo and it is good to eat!
  6. Pretty simple but bursting with so many flavors and textures.
  7. Try it ... youll like ...
  8. I promise.
