Vietnamese Sandwiches

  1. Season each pork chop with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. In a skillet on medium heat, heat oil until hot.
  3. Cook pork about 4-6 minutes on each side, until no longer pink in the middle and juices run clear.
  4. Cut pork into slices.
  5. On each baguette, spread mayonnaise, sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of cilantro, pour 1 tablespoon lime juice, place 4 cucumber slices, and top with 1 pork loin.
