Creamy Caramel Apple Dip
- 2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 24 KRAFT Caramels
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- Microwave apples and cinnamon in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 4 min.
- ; stir.
- Add half the apples to cream cheese in large bowl; mix well.
- Place caramels in separate microwaveable bowl.
- Add milk.
- Microwave 1 min.
- 40 sec or until caramels are completely melted when stirred.
- Add to cream cheese mixture; mix well.
- Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spread onto bottom of pie plate.
- Top with remaining apples; sprinkle with nuts.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
