Diet Custard Recipe

  1. Scald skim lowfat milk; cold slightly.
  2. Mix low-cholesterol liquid Large eggs and artificial sweetener together.
  3. Slowly add in scalded lowfat milk to low-cholesterol liquid Large eggs mix.
  4. Add in vanilla.
  5. Pour into three custard c.; sprinkle lightly with nutmeg, if you like.
  6. Place in pan of water.
  7. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 45-60 min till hard or possibly a silver knife inserted in center comes out clean.
