Best Banana Nut Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease bottom only of a 9x5 or 8x4 loaf pan.
  3. In large bowel, beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs.
  5. Add bananas, milk, and vanilla: blend well.
  6. In small bowel combine flour, nuts, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
  7. Add banana mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  8. pour into greased pan.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted come out clean.
  10. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
  11. cool completely.
  12. Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
