Delicious Lentils and Brown Rice

  1. Sautee onion and garlic in oil.
  2. Add lentils, rice, broth, water, and pepper sauce.
  3. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  4. Cover and simmer about 50 minutes, adding water if necessary, until rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
