long size yeast bread
- 7 cup all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp yeast
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 4 cup warm water
- in mixer bowl add all purpose flour, sugar, salt, yeast , oil .turn on and mix.
- about 1 minutes you use hook to mixer.
- 1 cup at a time warm water and mix about 2 to 3 minutes.
- cover dough with plastic warp and a towel.
- let rest about 1 hour .
- punch dough down.divide dough in 5 to 6 pieces shape at like a balls and cover with wet towel.
- divide the dough on a lightly floured surface, roll each half into rectangle 9x14 inch.
- in small saucepan add 1/2 cup all purpose flour and 1/2 cup water mix and stir cook about 2 minutes make a soft and smoothie dough.
- turn off the heat.
- on top the dough that you made a rectangle with brush put the soft smoothie dough.
- with your finger mark all the dough.
- for garnishing put poppy seeds .oven heat 450F cook about 20 to 25 minutes.
