  1. in mixer bowl add all purpose flour, sugar, salt, yeast , oil .turn on and mix.
  2. about 1 minutes you use hook to mixer.
  3. 1 cup at a time warm water and mix about 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. cover dough with plastic warp and a towel.
  5. let rest about 1 hour .
  6. punch dough down.divide dough in 5 to 6 pieces shape at like a balls and cover with wet towel.
  7. divide the dough on a lightly floured surface, roll each half into rectangle 9x14 inch.
  8. in small saucepan add 1/2 cup all purpose flour and 1/2 cup water mix and stir cook about 2 minutes make a soft and smoothie dough.
  9. turn off the heat.
  10. on top the dough that you made a rectangle with brush put the soft smoothie dough.
  11. with your finger mark all the dough.
  12. for garnishing put poppy seeds .oven heat 450F cook about 20 to 25 minutes.
