Lunchtime Egg Salad Sandwich
- 4 Land O Lakes Eggs, hard-cooked, peeled, cooled, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 8 slices sandwich bread
- Lettuce leaves, if desired
- Combine all spread ingredients in bowl.
- Cover; refrigerate until serving time or up to 2 days.
- Spread butter evenly onto 1 side of each bread slice.
- Place lettuce leaves onto buttered-side of 4 slices bread, if desired.
- Top with 1/4 cup spread mixture and 1 slice bread, buttered-side down.
