Lunchtime Egg Salad Sandwich

  1. Combine all spread ingredients in bowl.
  2. Cover; refrigerate until serving time or up to 2 days.
  3. Spread butter evenly onto 1 side of each bread slice.
  4. Place lettuce leaves onto buttered-side of 4 slices bread, if desired.
  5. Top with 1/4 cup spread mixture and 1 slice bread, buttered-side down.
