Healthy Oats with Fruit
- 1 cup Oats
- 4 cups Skim Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 cups Dry Fruits, Your Preference
- 1/2 cups Fresh Fruit, Your Preference
- In a microwave safe bowl, microwave oats for 1 minute.
- Add milk and microwave 2-3 minutes.
- Add sugar powder or honey to taste.
- Serve hot.
- Garnish with fresh and/or dry fruit.
- To prepare this on the stove, take a pan and roast oats over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add milk and bring to a boil.
- Add dry fruit and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add sugar powder or only honey, to taste.
- Add fresh fruit and serve hot.
