Chocolate Cherry Trifle Recipe

• 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) frzn lb. cake, thawed
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce.) chocolate instant pudding
• 1 (21 ounce.) cherry pie filling
• 1 (8 ounce.) whipped topping, thawed
• 2 tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted

1. Cut cake into 1/2 inch cubes, arrange in 2-qt bowl.
2. Prepare pudding as directed, pour over cake.
3. Pour pie filling over pudding layer.
4. Spread topping over pie filling.
5. Refrigeratein refrigerator for few hrs.
6. Sprinkle on almonds.
7. Serves 10.
