Orange-Almond Biscotti

  1. Sift first 3 ingredients together in small bowl.
  2. Beat butter and sugar together in bowl of electric mixer until light and smooth; add eggs one at a time, then extracts.
  3. Stir in almonds and zest.
  4. Sift dry ingredients over egg mixture, then fold in until dough is just mixed.
  5. Then use dough to bake as a normal biscotti.
