Sour Cream Burritos Recipe
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 4 ounce. salsa
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon (instant)
- 1 c. water
- 3 tbsp. canned minced green chilies
- 2/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 4-6 flour tortillas
- Brown beef and onion.
- Drain grease.
- Place equal amounts on tortillas.
- Top each meat mix with equal parts of salsa and cheese.
- Roll up and place seam side down in glass baking dish.
- In saucepan heat butter.
- Stir in flour, cook till bubbly.
- Stir in bouillon and water cook till thick.
- Stir in lowfat sour cream and green chilies.
- Heat through.
- Pour over tortillas.
- Top with a little more grated cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 min.
