blue cheese omelette

  1. prepare cilantro, bell pepper add to bowl.
  2. add blue cheese, salt and pepper and stir till evenly mixed
  3. preheat skillet on medium low pour in egg whites cook until they begin to firm .
  4. pour in peppers, cilantro, blue cheese mix.
  5. fold omelette then flip omelette wait 2 minutes and serve
