blue cheese omelette
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 4 eggs whites
- prepare cilantro, bell pepper add to bowl.
- add blue cheese, salt and pepper and stir till evenly mixed
- preheat skillet on medium low pour in egg whites cook until they begin to firm .
- pour in peppers, cilantro, blue cheese mix.
- fold omelette then flip omelette wait 2 minutes and serve
yellow bell pepper, cilantro, blue cheese, salt, eggs whites
