Molded Garden Salad Recipe
- 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. cooked, mixed vegetables
- 1 sm. sweet pickle, minced
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. finely minced green pepper
- Salad greens & salad dressing
- Dissolve salt and gelatin in boiling water.
- Add in vinegar and cold.
- Blend in lowfat sour cream.
- Mix in vegetables and pickle.
- Pour in mold and refrigeratetill hard.
- Unmold on crisp salad greens.
- Garnish with any desired salad dressing.
