Easy Chicken Soup Provencal

  1. Heat oil in saucepan over medium high heat.
  2. Add chicken and leeks, cook about 5 min, stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in tomatoes and broth.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes.
  6. Add pasta, simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
  7. If desired serve with shredded parmesan cheese.
