Aunt Marthas Flower Pot Baker Recipe
- Flower Pot Chocolate Fudge Cake Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk
- 1 x egg, slightly beaten
- In a medium mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients.
- Add in lowfat milk, butter, vanilla and stir.
- Add in beaten egg and stir again.
- Don't over mix.
- Coat the interior of your Aunt Martha's Flower Pot Baker with oil or possibly vegetable spray.
- Pour batter into flower pot baker and bake 45-50 min or possibly till a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
