Simmered Chinese Chives, Sausages and Chikuwa Fishcake
- 1 bunch Chinese chives
- 3 Wiener sausages
- 3 Chikuwa
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 for frying Oil
- Slice the sausages and chikuwa on the diagonal.
- Cut the chives into 4 cm strips.
- Add a little oil to the frying pan and fry the sausages and chikuwa.
- When they are browned, add the chives and lightly fry everything together.
- Add the ingredients marked , simmer and it's done.
