Strawberry Mousse Dessert Cups

  1. Prepare pudding as directed on package, using the 1 gal.
  2. plus 2 cups milk (or 3 cups milk for trial recipe).
  3. Fold in 1-1/2 qt.
  4. of the whipped topping (or 1 cup of the whipped topping for trial recipe).
  5. Spoon 1 cup of the pudding mixture into each of 24 (12-oz.)
  6. serving cups (or into 4 serving cups for trial recipe).
  7. Top each with 1/4 cup of the strawberries, 1 tsp.
  8. of the remaining whipped topping and 1-1/2 tsp.
  9. of the chopped wafers.
  10. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
