Mexi-waiin Quesadillas
- 4 whole (10 Inch) Flour Tortillas
- 1/2 cups Chopped Pineapple
- 1/2 pounds Sliced Ham
- 13 cups Diced Pickled Jalapenos
- 1/4 cups Crumbled Bacon
- 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1.
- Heat cormal or griddle to medium heat.
- 2.
- Lay tortillas flat on the counter.
- On half of the quesadilla, divide pineapple, ham, jalapenos, bacon and cheeses between each one evenly.
- Fold them in half.
- 3.
- Place folded tortillas on cormal/griddle until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes each side.
- Flip and let the other side get golden brown also.
- 4.
- Remove and serve with sour cream if desired.
