cauliflower soup

• 12 cauliflower
• 1 small onion
• 1 cup carrot
• 1 can vegetable broth
• 4 ounces Velveeta reduced fat cheese product

1. Saute the carrot and onion in a little water until soft.
2. Add cauliflower and broth.
3. Cook until soft.
4. Puree in blender Add cheese.
