Beef Embul Recipe

  1. Wash and cut beef into 2 cm cubes.
  2. Mix tamarind with water and remove seeds.
  3. Place tamarind water in a pan, add in chilli pwdr, pepper pwdr, salt, turmeric, cinnamon stick and lemon grass and mix well.
  4. Add in beef cubes and simmer over a medium heat till the meat is tender and the gravy has thickened.
  5. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.
