Torta BLT with Avocado Mayo

• 1 packages bacon
• 6 torta rolls
• 1 tomato
• 1 lettuce blend
• 1 My Avocado Mayonnaise Recipe

1. Cook bacon in a microwave on high until desired crispness.
2. Toast torta rolls in the toaster.
3. Spread My Avocado Mayonnaise Recipe on torta rolls.
4. Cut tomato into slices.
5. Assemble ingredients.
