Barbecue Sauce Lowfat Recipe

  1. In a food processor, puree the tomatoes, and set aside.
  2. IN a 1 1/2 qt saucepan, saute/fry the garlic, onion, and chili flakes in oil for 2 min.
  3. Add in the pureed tomatoes and remaining ingredients, and simmer for 15 min, uncovered.
  4. YIELD: Makes 2 c. Each 1/4-c. serving: 32 cals,
