Creamy Candy Bar Dessert

  1. In a bowl, combine the crumbs and sugar; stir in butter.
  2. Press into an ungreased 13x9-inch dish.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the fudge topping over low heat until warmed; pour evenly over crust.
  4. Cool.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat the milk, pudding mix and whipped topping for 2-3 minutes or until stiff, scraping sides of bowl often.
  6. Stir in 3/4 cup of the candy bar pieces.
  7. Pour over crust.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining candy bar pieces.
  9. Cover and rerigerate for 2-3 hours, or overnight.
  10. Cut into squares.
