Crusty Mexican Beef Recipe

  1. Brown beef, onion and garlic, drain.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce and chili pwdr.
  3. Spoon into greased 8x12x2 inch casserole.
  4. Top with cheese.
  5. Spoon beans and liquid over cheese.
  6. Prepare cornbread mix as directed.
  7. Pour over beans and spread proportionately.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min or possibly till cornbread is golden brown.
  9. Serves 6.
